Summer's Last Hurrah

We're not even fully into August yet, but these days, kids and their parents are already going back to school in most parts of the country. Typically, the young ones are sad about it, and the parents are overjoyed, but there's still time this weekend and in the weekends to come to enjoy on last summer outing together as a family. Fun Stuff In The National Park

First, let's just say that a trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must for anyone visiting this area. Yes, it's fun to zipline in Tennessee and enjoy all the restaurants and outlet malls and attractions. But there's only one national park around here, and it's unmatched when it comes to scenic beauty and outdoor activities like hiking, picnicking, cycling and fishing.

Getting Crafty In The Smokies
